are situated right on the seafront, 200 meters from the castle, and just a
few short steps to the nearest beach, across the road in fact. Coastal
pathways lead from the end of the promenade, and the town centre is only 10
minutes easy walk away, as is the East beach.
All our flats have sea views across Cardigan Bay to the Cambrian mountains.
Windsor House is a 4 storey Victorian terraced house, the flats are on
floors 1, 2 and 3, the resident owners occupy the ground floor. Guests have
their own key and access to the house.
All our self-contained self catering flats have colour TV, bathroom or
shower with hot and cold water, kitchen with electric cooker and microwave
ovens, and heating. Electricity is by £1 meter, electric storage heating is
included.
Children welcome, sorry no pets accepted
Each flat sleeps 4 or 5 people. At the front of the house is a small
sitting-out yard overlooking the sea. Car parking is on the street outside.
We can arrange to collect you from the station or bus stop in Criccieth, and
will willingly help you with travel plans.
We can shop for you before your arrival so you can settle in straight away
if you wish.
For your supplies, Siop Marine 2 minutes walk to the left carries most
things for day to day needs. There is a Spar shop, butcher, Delicatessen and
fruit and vegetable shop in the High Street. Kwiksave and Co-op can be found
in Porthmadog, and nearly everything can be bought in the area, please ask!
There is a competent local garage we can recommend close by, petrol is sold
in the High Street, there is a 24 hour garage in Porthmadog.
We carry a comprehensive selection of tourist information, and will gladly
help with planning your days out, routes, walks etc. Local rail and bus
timetables are available before you come or on arrival, and we have internet
access to national rail information etc. should you require it. |
